Heat Recovery and Reutilization in Biogas Fermentation, Purification, and Pressurization Systems
-
A "heat pump" is a device that transfers energy by utilizing electricity to extract low-grade heat energy from natural sources such as air, water bodies, or geological structures, and then transfers and elevates it to high-grade heat energy usable for human production and living. With a heat pump consuming one unit of electrical energy, it can provide 3 to 6 units of high-grade heat energy, resulting in a primary energy utilization rate exceeding 100%. It is primarily applied in heating, hot water, and refrigeration fields for hotels, schools, hospitals, real estate, swimming pools, baths, farms, and plantations.

A natural gas gate station, also known as a pressure regulating and metering station, is a gas pressure regulating device designed specifically for long-distance natural gas pipeline distribution stations. It serves as a gas source station for urban and industrial distribution networks.

The LNG refuelling station is primarily comprised of LNG storage tanks, LNG cryogenic pumps, LNG metering devices, control systems, and safety systems. It features functions for refuelling LNG vehicles, metering, automatic control, safety monitoring, and automatic alarm.
-
The high-to-medium pressure regulating equipment is specifically designed for the unique regional pressure regulation in various gas stations. It features an integrated skid-mounted structure suitable for pressure regulation equipment compatible with high/medium-pressure pipeline networks. This equipment incorporates functions such as filtration, heating, differential pressure cutoff, pressure regulation, metering, odorization, and interlocking control. It utilizes imported pressure regulators and cutoff valves, offering high precision in pressure regulation and cutoff, along with a well-designed structure for ease of installation, use, and maintenance.

LNG, or Liquid Natural Gas, is produced by purifying and cooling natural gas to a temperature of -162°C, transforming it into a liquid for storage. It is then regasified for use. In LNG regasification stations, typical equipment includes LNG cryogenic storage tanks, LNG unloading and pressurization equipment, ambient vaporizers, heaters (BOG, EAG heaters), natural gas reheaters, and pressure regulation and metering odorizing devices.
-
The LNG skid-mounted gasification pressure regulating unit is a compact structure integrating LNG unloading, tank pressurization, ambient vaporizer, natural gas (NG) reheater, pressure measurement, and odorization. Each component of the entire skid-mounted unit is equipped with monitoring displays. It features interlocking control functions to prevent excessively low outlet temperatures of the ambient vaporizer and reheater, ensuring that the outlet gas temperature of the equipment is ≥5°C.
