Carbon Dioxide Liquefaction System
To address the issue of carbon dioxide emissions from wellhead gas facilities and biogas purification equipment, we have developed a carbon dioxide refrigeration liquefaction system that effectively complements wellhead gas facilities and biogas purification equipment, achieving zero emissions and avoiding energy waste. screw compressor, then cooled to -20 to -30°C by a refrigeration compressor, and enters the gas-liquid separator. The liquid CO2 content at the bottom of the gas-liquid separator is ≥96.0%, while the gas at the top of the gas-liquid separator returns to the previous stage of the process through the pipeline.
Carbon dioxide dehydration: The Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA) utilizes the flexibility of the equilibrium adsorption capacity of the adsorbent being able to decreasing with increasing temperature, then it employs the operation method of adsorption at room temperature and desorption by heating. Using a dual-tower process, one tower adsorbs while the other regenerates, lowering the dew point of the gas to -40°C to prevent ice blockages in the rear liquefaction unit. Carbon dioxide filling: The liquefied CO2 from the liquefaction unit is temporarily stored in CO2 tanks, then transported for sale via submersible pumps and low-temperature pipelines to CO2 tanker trucks. |
