Nitrogen equipment

Our membrane nitrogen generators adopt hollow fiber membrane separation technology to produce nitrogen by directly separating air at ambient temperature, with a maximum nitrogen purity of 99.9% and continuously adjustable purity range.

Two configuration solutions are available: integrated skid-mounted unit and vehicle-mounted mobile unit. Featuring a compact modular structure, the equipment requires no civil construction and can be put into production immediately upon arrival on site, enabling convenient and efficient transportation, disassembly and assembly.

The unit delivers stable operation, low failure rate and fast start-stop performance, adapting to volatile field working conditions. It is widely applied in multiple scenarios: nitrogen injection for oil production enhancement, underground inerting and pipeline purging in the oil & gas industry; nitrogen filling for food preservation and anti-corrosion packaging in the food sector; as well as chemical tank blanketing, metallurgical purging, warehouse fire prevention and more.

On-site one-stop nitrogen generation eliminates the costs of purchasing and transporting liquid nitrogen and nitrogen cylinders.
