Pressure swing adsorption dehydration unit

Our PSA pressure swing adsorption dehydration units adopt mature PSA technology with a twin-tower adsorbent structure filled with molecular sieve and activated alumina. Based on the cycle principle that adsorbents absorb moisture under high pressure and desorb for regeneration under low pressure, the equipment realizes continuous deep dehydration of industrial gases.

It can steadily reduce the gas dew point to -40°C ~ -70°C and efficiently remove water vapor from compressed air, natural gas, hydrogen, nitrogen, biogas and wellhead gas. It eliminates production risks including pipeline freezing blockage, equipment corrosion, catalyst deactivation and short circuits caused by damp electrical components.

The complete unit is equipped with an intelligent fully automatic PLC control system for unattended cyclic tower switching. Matched with wear-resistant dedicated pneumatic valves, uniform gas distribution adsorption towers and multi-stage pre-filter systems, it greatly reduces adsorbent pulverization loss and extends the service life of filling media. The heatless regeneration process features lower energy consumption and less purge gas consumption. The integrated skid-mounted structure occupies a small footprint and enables easy installation without complicated civil foundations.

The unit is equipped with multiple safety interlock protections for pressure and temperature, delivering stable operation and simple maintenance. Customized complete packages are available according to gas processing capacity, inlet working conditions and dew point requirements.
